Inshape Training offers both Personal Training and Group Fitness certification programs. All of our Online Courses, Practicums, Webinars and Workshops are approved by CFES, which is a Canadian nation-wide certification body. We do not compromise on our mandate to offer first-rate educational services and we are proud to be the official CFES Educators for Canada.
Up-to-date knowledge and practical skills are provided for new students as well as current trainers working in the health and fitness industry. We use CFES manuals and program booklets in all our courses.
Inshape Training instructors are skilled professionals with decades of experience and are eager to pass on their knowledge through Inshape courses while remaining active as professional personal trainers themselves. They are committed to providing the best experience in a friendly, professional and relaxed atmosphere.
