Online Courses

If you withdraw from a course more than one week before the start date, you may choose to receive a refund, less a 20% administration fee, or keep the full amount paid as credit toward a future Inshape Training course or practicum.

There are no refunds for course withdrawals made within one week of the start date. However, the amount paid may be used as credit toward another Inshape Training course or practicum within one year of the original purchase date.

Online Practicum Programs

Online Practicum Programs are self-paced and do not have scheduled start dates. Students receive their practicum materials following registration and payment.

Students wishing to withdraw from a practicum program may request a refund within seven (7) calendar days of registration, less a 20% administration fee, subject to applicable consumer protection laws. After this period, refunds are not available except where required by law.

Online Workshops & Webinars

Online Workshops and Webinars are non-refundable. If you are unable to complete an Online Workshop or attend a Webinar, the amount paid may be used as credit toward another Inshape Training Online Workshop or Webinar within one year of the original purchase date.

Transfers & Completion Period

Course and practicum registrations must be completed within one year of the original purchase date. If you are unable to attend your originally scheduled online course, you may transfer your registration to a future session or use the amount paid as credit toward another Inshape Training course or practicum within that one-year period.

Credits expire one year from the original purchase date. After one year, unused registrations and credits have no remaining value.
