This specialty module covers the practical skills and additional theory required for attaining your Weight Training Instructor certificate. Topics include theory review, program design, instruction and counseling, safety and injury prevention, special populations, nutrition and exercise equipment. The CFES Weight Training Instructor Manual and Program Booklet are used and included in the total cost.

Please note: We will arrange a time and suitable location for students to pick up their Manual and Program Booklet.
If you cannot pick them up in person, there is a separate $25.00 shipping fee that is not included in the total cost of the course. If you choose this option, please let us know and we will manually adjust the price to reflect the course cost + shipping fee before we process the payment. You may also pay the $25.00 shipping fee separately via e-Transfer to info@inshapetraining.net.
